阿德福韦酯联合α_1胸腺肽治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨阿德福韦酯联合α1胸腺肽治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效。方法 2010年8月至2012年11月诊治的符合入选标准慢性乙肝190例,分为联合组94例,阿德福韦酯组96例,观察两组临床疗效。结果阿德福韦酯组12周、24周、48周HBV-DNA转阴率分别为30.20%、52.08%、70.83%,联合组转阴率分别是51.06%、67.02%、94.68%,经统计学分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙肝抗病毒治疗是首要措施,阿德福韦酯为单磷酸腺苷的核苷类似物,阿德福韦前体产物,胞内磷酸化转化为二磷酸阿德福韦,有着对乙肝病毒(HBV)链终止剂效果,抑制逆转录病毒,从而对乙肝病毒复制进行抑制;由于本药物和拉米夫定抗病毒作用位点不相同,从而与拉米夫定不存在交叉耐药。在对慢性乙肝抗病毒治疗中应用核苷类阿德福韦酯联合胸腺肽al能显著增加疗效,使HBV-DNA转阴率增加,肝脏功能得到改善。Objective To explore the adefovir dipivoxil α1 Thymosin treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical efficacy.Methods 20010-08-2012-11 met the inclusion criteria of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B 190 cases,divided into 94 cases of the combined group,adefovir dipivoxil group（96 cases）,and clinical efficacy.Results 12 weeks of adefovir dipivoxil,24 weeks,48 weeks of HBV-DNA negative rate were 30.20%,52.08%,70.83% seroconversion rate of the combination group were 51.06%,67.02%,94.68%,statistical analysis and comparison of significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B antiviral treatment is the primary measure adefovir dipivoxil nucleoside analogues of adenosine monophosphate,the adefovir precursor product,intracellular phosphorylation adefovir diphosphate,has a pair chain terminating agent of hepatitis B virus（HBV） effect,inhibiting retroviral,thereby to suppress the replication of hepatitis B virus;due to the drug and naphthalene antiviral sites are not the same,so there is no cross resistance with lamivudine.Application in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B antiviral nucleoside adefovir dipivoxil can significantly increase the efficacy of thymosin al,HBV-DNA negative rate increased,liver function improved.
