中药制剂联合激光照射治疗斑秃疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨口服中药制剂外用斑蝥液联合激光照射治疗斑秃的疗效。方法 70例斑秃患者随机分为两组,对照组随机分口服、外用和激光照射三类单一治疗;观察组口服自制中药制剂外用斑蝥液联合激光照射治疗。结果在连续治疗3个月后,分别统计两组有效率,治疗组为91.42%,对照组为71.42%。结论口服维生素外用斑蝥液联合激光照射治疗斑秃的临床疗效好,值得推广。Objective Discussion on the efficiency of oral preparation of Chinese traditional medicine、topical cantharis liquid combined with laser irradiation therapy in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 70 cases of alopecia areata patients were randomly divided into two groups,controls were randomly divided oral,topical and laser treatment of three types of single treatment;oral preparation of Chinese traditional medicine、topical cantharis liquid combined with laser irradiation therapy use in the observation.Results In the continuous treatment after 3 months,statistics the efficiency of two group,the treatment group was 91.42%,the control group was 71.42%.Conclusion Oral vitamin topical cantharis liquid combined with laser irradiation in the treatment of alopecia areata clinical effect is good,worthy of promotion.
