摘　　要：“淫秽电子信息”这个短语是伴随着计尊机网络和移动通讯技术的发展斗且有别干传统淫秽物品的分义而产土的。本文主要是从淫秽电子信息与淫秽物品之间的关系出发，分析两者之间的区别，进而对淫秽电子信息把罪进行一宦的思考。＂ Obscene electronic information ＂ this phrase is accompanied by a computer network and the development of the mobile communication technology and is different from the traditional meaning of the obscene articles produced.
