摘  要:采用依替米星 (ETM)、氯霉素 (剂量均为 5 0 mg/ kg)和丙二醇溶媒 (0 .2 ml)为对照作中耳腔给药观察耳蜗功能和形态变化 ,结果表明 ETM和氯霉素对听觉功能的影响在统计学上无显著性差异 ,从耳蜗动作电位阈移曲线看 ,氯霉素对听觉功能的影响要比 ETM大一些。 ETM和氯霉素均可引起前庭器官耳石膜耳石变形 ,氯霉素还可造成耳蜗和前庭毛细胞缺失。综合分析 ETM用作滴耳剂优于氯霉素。The changes of the cochlear function and morphology were observed after the intratympanic application of etimicin (50mg/kg), chloramphenicol (50mg/kg) and propylere glycol (0.2ml) as control. The result shows that there is no statistically significant difference in the effect of etimicin and chloramphenicol on the auditory function. The influence of the auditory function is more severe in chloramphenicol than in etimicin from the curve of the threshold shift of cochlear action potential (CAP). The degeneration of the otoconia in the vestibular organ was boserved in the etimicin and chloramphenicol group. In the chloramphenicol was found the loss of hair cells in the cochlear and vestibular organ. To sum up, etimicin is superior to chloramphenicol as an auristilla.
