摘  要:将36只Wistar雄性大鼠随机平分为对照组、悬吊组、中药组(同时吊尾),分别在尾悬吊9d、21d后应用超声心动图技术检测实验大鼠心脏的泵血功能和收缩功能。观察太空养心丸对尾吊模拟失重大鼠心血管系统的调节作用。在21d测定大鼠血浆中内皮素(ET)、心钠素(ANP)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平,测定大鼠心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和ATP酶水平。结果显示中药组与模型组比较,在用药21d后,多数指标显著改善,提示太空养心丸对模拟失重引起的大鼠心血管系统功能下降具有一定程度整体调节与保护作用。To investigate effects of TaikongYangxinwan on the functions of cardiovascular in rat after tail suspension, 36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group,tail-suspension group and Chinese herb compound group (with tail suspension). The functions of cardiovascular were examined with following indices: echocardiography of rats after 9d and 21d tail-suspension; the level of ET, ANP, NE in rat plasma; the activity of LDH, SDH, ATPase in the myocardium. Compared with the tail-suspension group after 21d, most indexes in Chinese herb compound group were ameliorated significantly. The result showed that Taking TaikongYangxinwan displayed protective effects on functions of cardiovascular in rats after 21d simulated weightlessness.
