痰热清注射液雾化吸入疗法的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的从文献计量学角度对痰热清注射液雾化吸入疗法的临床应用进行分析。方法以"痰热清注射液"和"雾化吸入"为关键词,检索中国生物医学全文数据库、中国知网数据库、万方数据库和维普全文期刊数据库截至2012年所发表的相关文献,对纳入研究的文献进行统计分析。结果有38篇文献纳入研究,发表自15个省、直辖市及自治区,被32种期刊收录,痰热清注射液雾化吸入疗法主要应用于治疗及预防小儿及老人的呼吸道感染,疗效显著,不良反应低。结论痰热清注射液雾化吸入疗法有广泛的临床应用基础,主要用于控制小儿及老人的呼吸道感染。Objective To analysis the literature on aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing injection in clinic. Methods With ＂Tanreqing＂ and ＂aerosol inhalation＂ as keywords, all related publications were searched from CBM, CNKI, VIP and WF database. The cut-off time is 2012. The literature included in the research was statistically analyzed. Results A total of 38 papers were included,which came from 15 areas and 32 journals. The method of Tanreqing injection aerosol inhalation of was mainly used to treat and prevent the respiratory infections in children and aged, which was significant curative effect and low adverse reaction. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing injection was widely used in clinical practice, which is mainly used for controlling the respiratory infections in children and aged people.
