江苏沿海开发区域合作面临的难题和出路

摘　　要：江苏沿海开发必须破除本位主义,沿海三市应建立全方位的战略合作关系,依托现有产业基础和比较优势,建立区域产业分工体系,充分发挥各自优势,开展重大建设项目合作。文章分析了江苏沿海三市区域合作的资源基础和优势,指出区域合作存在的诸多难题,并从港口与城市建设、现代物流业与交通网络建设、沿海旅游开发、加强生态协作形成科学合理的沿海生态链等角度,提出沿海三市合作与发展的具体路径。We should break away with departmentalism in Jiangsu coastal development. The three cities along the coast, Li- anyungang, Yancheng and Nantong, should set up the all- direction,-fl stratigic cooperation with the support of the present in- dustry base and comparative advantages and establish a regional industry division system to make full use of each advantage to start an important construction cooperation. The paper makes an analysis of the resources base and advatages in Jiangsu coastal cities＇regional coopertation, points out difficult problems and then puts forward a concrete way out in the coastal city cooperation and development from the angles of the construction of seaports and cities, the construction of modern logistics and transportation networks, the development of coastal tourism and the scientific coastal chain of ecology formed in strength- ening ecological cooperation.
