摘　　要：高校德育队伍直接影响着大学生未来的成长与发展。德育队伍建设整合发展三维模式依据群体动力学基本理论,从德育队伍建设的理念先行、机制构建运行和德育队伍自身发展等三方面着手,探索高校德育队伍建设的可行性路径,以图更好推动大学生德育工作和提高德育工作实效。The development of the moral education team in colleges has direct impact on the future growth of college stu- dents. Construction of three - dimensional model of integrating development of the moral education team runs from three as- pects including the building concept, mechanisms to run, self - development of the moral education team, in order to explore the path to construct the college moral education team, and to better promote and improve the effectiveness of the moral edu- cation.
