摘　　要：以认知失调论的体系框架为基础,通过分析青年民警核心价值观教育的必要性、可行性和实现路径发现,青年民警的内在认知需求、理性因素、情感意志等因素都影响到政法干警核心价值观教育的效果。基于认知失调理论的分析,开展政法干警核心价值观教育的要点在于及时发现青年民警的认知状况,掌握其中的规律,强化认知双重平衡力和情感体验。It is necessary to carry out political core values education in youth policemen for their psychology characteristics. The internal cognitive needs, rational factors and emotional factors of prison youth policemen lays the foundation for political core values education. Main ways to carry out political core values education upon policemen effectively are finding out the condition of the cognitive dissonance of youth policemen in time and strengthening the cognitive double balance and emotional experience based on the rules of cognitive dissonance.
