摘 要:高真空动力固结法是加固饱和软土的一种有效处理方法。结合曹妃甸工业区某工程实例,介绍了高真空动力固结法的施工工艺及参数,并分析对比了处理前后的检测结果。结果表明:高真空动力固结法影响深度约为8.0m左右,8.0m以内可以有效提高地基承载力,减小变形,消除砂土液化,达到形成建设场地的目的;随着夯击能的增加,总的夯沉量随之增加,但后几次夯沉量变化不明显;夯击时,夯坑周围土体会有隆起,但隆起量不大,主要是由于夯击时巨大的冲击能将夯坑周围的土体振松所致。The high vacuum dynamic consolidation method is a kind of effective treatment methods for the consolidation of saturated soft soil. Based on the engineering example in Caofeidian industrial zone, the construction technique and parameters for the high vacuum dynamic consolidation method are introduced, and the results before and after the treatment are compared. The results show that the high vacuum dynamic consolidation method can effectively eliminate the liquefaction of sandy soil, improve the bearing capacity of foundation, reduce the deformation, and achieve the requirement of the construction site formation. The influence depth of the method is about 8 meters. With the increase of dynamic compaction energy, the settlement will increase, but after a few times the settlement variation is not obvious. While tamping the soil surrounding the pit has risen, but the uplift is low. It' s due to the huge impact energy to make the soil surrounding the pit loose.
