摘　　要：病毒感染与细胞凋亡之间存在着密切的关系,免疫系统介导的靶细胞凋亡是维护机体正常功能,清除病毒,避免疾病的发生;病毒为了在机体内进行复制而完成生活周期诱导或抑制靶细胞凋亡,从而引起疾病的发生,造成持续感染和肿瘤的发生。对细胞凋亡与病毒感染关系的进一步研究,为病毒感染性疾病的检测、诊断、治疗、预防和抗病毒制剂研究提供新的思路。There is a close relationship be- tween viral infection and apoptosis mediated apoptosis of target cells in the immune sys- tem is to maintain the normal function of the body, remove viruses, to avoid the occur- rence of the disease, Virus replication in vi- vo and the completion of the life cycles of induction or inhibition of apoptosis of target cells, resulting in the occurrence of the dis- ease, caused by a persistent infection and tumorigenesis.
