农村妇女念珠菌性阴道炎的特点分析

摘　　要：目的:了解农村妇女中念珠菌性阴道炎的特点及比例。方法:用消毒棉签取生殖健康体检妇女阴道分泌物,用生理盐水涂片直接镜检,检出念珠芽孢和假菌丝即可认为确诊,对查出有念珠菌感染者进行比较分析。结果:在参与农村生殖健康普查体检的2857例妇女中,阴道分泌物中检出念珠菌514例(17.99%)。结论:农村妇女文化程度普偏低,缺泛生殖道感染相关疾病知识,感染率高而治疗率低,对疾病认识不足,治疗不及时不彻底,害羞、配偶不配合及不良卫生习惯都是造成感染率高的原因,同时,农村经济困难也是制约妇女诊治不及时不彻底的重要因素。所以应根据农村妇女的特点,进行有效的预防和治疗,提高她们对生殖道感染疾病的认识,提高防治能力,从而保障农村妇女的身心健康。Objective:To understand the rural women monilial vaginitis and the characteristics of the scale.Methods:with a sterile swAbs take reproductive health check-up women vaginal secretions,With physiological saline smear direct microscopy,detection beads spore and pseudohyphae diagnosis can think,finds out has the candida infections comparative analysis.Results:in participate in rural reproductive health screening examination of 2857 cases of women,vaginal secretions detection monilial person in 514 cases,accounting for 17.99% of the number of PuJian。conclusion: The rural women's cultural level low tome,lack of universal genital tract infection related disease knowledge,infection rates high and low therapy to the disease,inadequate understanding,treatment is not timely not thoroughly,shy,spouse does not fit and bad health habits are caused reasons of high infection rates,and at the same time,the rural economy difficulty is also restricted women in diagnosis and treatment of the important factors is not complete.So we should be based on the characteristics of the rural women,effective prevention and treatment,improve their reproductive tract infection disease to improve recognition and prevention ability,thus guarantee rural women's physical and mental health.
