川芎嗪治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:将48例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予以基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用川芎嗪注射液160mg/日,14天1个疗程,观察疗效。结果:川芎嗪能明显改善肾功能,延缓肾功能衰竭进展。结论:川芎嗪应用过程中未见明显不良反应,安全有效,适合慢性肾功能衰竭患者。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injec- tion in treating chronic renai failure. Meth- ods：48 cases of chronic renai failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, Two group were given basic treatment, The treatment group were treated with ligustrazine hydro- chloride injection, （ 160mg a day, 14 days for a course of treatment ） beside bacical treatment. The effects were observed. Re- sults： ligustrazine hydrochloride injection can significantly improve renal function and delay renal failure progress. Conclusion：li- gustrazine hydrochloride injection during ap- plication no significant adverse reactions, safe and effective, ligustrazine hydrochloride injection is valuable in treating chronic renai failure.
