摘　　要：针对国内地铁工程施工中常出现的混凝土质量控制问题,宁波市轨道交通建设工程基于工程结构特点和使用环境,通过以甲方供应方式公开招标水泥和粗骨料、对商品混凝土进行公开招标、设立第三方试验检测中心、加强配合比报批管理、开展混凝土性能专题研究等措施控制混凝土质量,提高整个工程结构的质量和使用寿命。轨道交通1号线一期工程樱花公园站C35 P8混凝土强度统计和耐久性指标表明,以上措施有效加强了混凝土的质量控制,保证了混凝土的施工质量。To solve the concrete quality control problems commonly seen in domestic subway constructions, Ningbo Rail Transit Project tried to control the quality of high-performance concrete and improve the quality and service life of the engineering structure based on the engineering structure characteristics and using environment. The adopted measures include carrying out monographic study on the performance of concrete, determining the cement and coarse aggregate supplier through open tendering, purchasing ready mixed concrete by public bidding, establishing the third-party testing center and strengthening mix proportion approval management. The strength statistics and durability index of C35P8 concrete of Cherry Blossoms Park station of this project showed that these methods effectively guaranteed the concrete quality.
