开同对维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨开同对维持性血液透析（maintainhemodialysis，MHD）患者肾性贫血的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2012年3月在医院血液透析中心规律透析3个月以上的尿毒症患者58例，随机分为常规透析组和口服开同组．分别在治疗前以及治疗3个月后留取血液标本，检测红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT）、白蛋白（ALB）的水平。结果两组患者治疗前各指标比较均无统计学差异。3个月后，常规透析组各指标水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；口服开同组RBC、Hb、HCT、ALB水平较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后口服开同组RBC、Hb、HCT、ALB水平均高于常规透析组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论口服开同可提高维持性血液透析患者RBC、Hb、HCT、ALB水平，从而改善患者的肾性贫血。Objective To investigate the influence of the Renal Anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients by taking Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets through clinical randomized controlled trials.Methods The subjects were 58 patients of the 303rd Hospital of the People＇s Liberation Army,treated with maintenance hemodialysis for more than three months,they were divided into 2 groups according to the random table,Control group and Treatment group,testing the levels of RBC,Hb,HCT and ALb in patients before treatment and after treatment for three months.Results After treatment for three months,the levels of RBC,Hb,HCT,Alb in treat- ment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking the Com- pound α-Ketoacid Tablets for three months can rise RBC,Hb,HCT and ALb levels,thereby improve improve the renal anemia in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis.
