美托洛尔联合地尔硫革治疗混合型心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究美托洛尔联合地尔硫革在混合型心绞痛治疗中的临床效果。方法选取06年3月至2010年3月收治的78例混合型心绞痛患者，回顾性分析临床资料。将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组39例。对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用美托洛尔联合地尔硫革，治疗持续30d。结果治疗后，所有患者发作心绞痛的频率与每次持续时间均显著下降，但对照组高于观察组（P〈0．05）。治疗有效对照组28例，观察组37例，治疗总有效率分别为71．8％和94．9％，P〈0．05。结论美托洛尔联合地尔硫革，可以有效降低混合型心绞痛的心绞痛发作次数与持续时间，其有着良好的临床效果，适合进一步推广。Objective To study of metoprolol combined with diltiazem in mixed type angina pectoris treatment clinical effect. Methods selected in our hospital in 2006 March to 2010 March treated 78 cases of mixed type angina pectoris patient,as the object of study,a retrospective analysis clinical data.Adopt the method of contrast experiment,all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the application of metoprolol combined with dihiazem,treatment was continued for 30 days.Results After treatment, all patients with episodes of angina frequency and time duration were significantly decreased,and the control group were higher than those in the observation group,comparison differences in P 〈 0.05.The control group a total of 28 cases of effective treatment,the observation group 37 cases,two treatment group total effective rate were 71.8% and 94.9% ,compared to P 〈 0.05.Conclusion The mixed type angina pectoris,combined use of metoprolol combined with diltiazem,can effectively reduce angina attack frequency and duration,help disease treatment,has a good clinical effect,suitable for further extension.
