摘　　要：近几年高校的学风建设出现滑坡,引起社会各界的关注。按照社会对人才创新能力、实践能力、创新意识、竞争意识的要求,如何提高教育质量、提高人才培养质量、争创优良学风,应该成为高校工作的重点。本文分析了影响高校学风建设的因素,并提出了教育对策。The construction of the style of study in colleges and universities declined in recent years which caused community more and more widespread attention.According to the social demands for talents who have innovation ability,practical ability,innovation concept and competitive awareness,how we improve education quality,the personal quality of students and forming a good style of study should become the key focus in work in the university.The specific strategies were presented in the article and then the strategies were presented at last.
