祛膜汤对药物流产后大鼠子宫匀浆中NO、NOS的影响

摘　　要：将 3 0只妊娠SD大鼠随机分为对照组 ( 1 )、米非司酮组 ( 2 )、祛膜汤组 ( 3 )、益母草组 ( 4)、缩宫素组 ( 5) ,第3与第 4两组治疗 5天 ,第 5组治疗 1天。通过检测和比较对照组与药物流产后各组大鼠子宫匀浆中 ,一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性 ,观察祛膜汤的影响。结果提示Thirty pregnant SD rats were randomly classified into control group (Ⅰ),mifepristone group (Ⅱ),endometrium removing decoction group (Ⅲ),motherwort group(Ⅳ)and oxytocin group(Ⅴ).Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were treated for 5 days and group Ⅴ for 1 day with corresponding medicines.The content of NO and the activity of NOS of uterus homogenate in all groups were measured and compared to observe the effect of “Endometrium Removing Decoction”.Results showed that the mechanism of the decoction for hemostasis was related to its regulation of NO and NOS in the uterus.
