摘 要:教师专业发展动力是促进教师专业发展的根本力量,它是指推动教师在专业知识、专业技能、专业情意和专业行为方面不断更新和发展力量的总和。基于勒温场动力理论的视角,教师专业发展的动力系统由教师主体动力、学校场域动力和社会场域动力构成。教师专业发展动力的生成是失衡与平衡的博弈,体现为"平衡—失衡—新的平衡"循环往复与螺旋上升的动态过程,其生成机制主要包括合理目标、主体活动与和谐环境。Teachers' professional development power is the driving force of promoting teachers' professional develop- ment, which is the sum of power which promotes the continual updating and development of teachers' professional knowl- edge, skills, affection and behavior. From the perspective of I^win' field dynamic theory, teachers' professional develop- ment power system consists of teachers' subject power, the school field power and social field power. The generation of teachers' professional development power is the game of imbalance and balance, embodying the dynamic process of bal- ance-imbalance-new balance, which is circulating and spiral. Besides, its generation mechanism mainly comprises rea- sonable target, subject activities and harmonious environment.
