摘　　要：武警法规体系已初步建立，但法律法规之间发生竞合、立法缺失、程序性规定不明确等现象，导致法律规定不到位、法律保障不充分。构建合理的武警法规保障体系，加快重点法律法规和程序性法规建设，为部队执行安全保卫任务提供优质的法律保障体系。Armed Police Force regulations system has formed initially, but the phenomenon of concurrence,of laws incomletion of legislation and unclarity in procedural regulation led to the legal support not in the right place and insufficient. The author recommends to construct reasonable armed police force regulations system, to speed up the construction of key and procedural legal regulations and provide better legal support system when the CAPF undertakes the maintenance of security mission.
