摘 要:目的建立辣椒制品中非法添加化工染料罗丹明B含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱荧光检测(HPLC-FLD)器,色谱柱:Waters XBridgeTM苯基柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相:甲醇-含0.2%甲酸和0.03%三乙胺的水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:激发波长550 nm(Ex),发射波长580 nm(Em);流速:1.0 mL/min。结果罗丹明B进样量在0.050 74~1.268 50μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于辣椒制品中非法添加物罗丹明B含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of illegally added chemical dye Rhodamine B in the chilli products. Methods The HPLC-FLD method was performed on the Waters XBridgeTM phenyl column (5 μm,4.6 mm×l50 mm) with the mobile phase of methanol--aqueous solution containing 0.2% formic acid and 0.03% triethy- lamine for gradient elution.The FLD excitation wavelength and emission wavelength were set at 550 nm(λEx) and 580 nm(λEm) ; and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of rhodamine B was 0.050 74-1.268 5 p,g (r=0.999 7 ).The mean recovery rate was 97.2% and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of illegally added Rhodamine B content in the chilli products.
