摘　　要：目的观察手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发多器官衰竭的临床效果。方法回顾性分析82例SPA并发多器官衰竭患者的临床资料。结果 82例患者中死亡8例,其余均治愈,治愈率为90.24%。结论 SAP并发多器官衰竭患者应尽早行综合治疗,必要时手术治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the surgical therapy for treating severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） complicating muhiple organs failure（MOF）. Methods The clinical data in 82 cases of SAP complicating MOF treated by surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 82 cases, 8 cases died,the rest cases were cured with the cure rate of 90.24%. Conclusion SAP complicating MOF should be comprehensively treatd as early as possible ,surgery should be adopted in necessity.
