摘  要:目的简化求解一级动力学消除的药时曲线指数方程。方法通过泰勒公式模拟药时曲线指数方程,构建三次多项式求解。结果在10 h内,模拟三次方程的值与原药时曲线指数方程的值误差小于3.2%,超过12 h,误差大于5.7%。结论在短时间内,泰勒公式模拟的三次多项式方程可以替代药时曲线指数方程求解一级动力学消除药物的瞬时血药浓度。Objective To simply solve the blood drug concentrat.ion-time curve exponential equation eliminated by the first order kinetics. Methods The drug concentration-time curve equation was simulated to establish the cubic polynomial for solution based on the Taylor formula. Results The relative error between the value of the simulated cubic equation and the value of the drug concentration-time curve exponential equation was less than 3.2% within 10 h,which was more than 5.7% over 10 h. Conclusions The cubic polynomial equation simulated by the Taylor formula can take place of the blood drug concentrationtime curve exponential equation for sovling the instant blood drug concentration eliminated by the first order kinetics within a short time.
