摘　　要：目的探讨地塞米松联合银杏叶片治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法将82例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为两组。对照组给予抗感染、西替利嗪、葡萄糖酸钙抗过敏,降低血管通透性及西咪替丁静脉滴注;治疗组在此基础上给予地塞米松静脉滴注,银杏叶片口服。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短期应用地塞米松联合银杏叶片治疗轻、中型过敏性紫癜,能有效缩短病程,效果较好。Objective To investigate the effects of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo leaf in treating allergic purpura. Methods 82 children cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given anti-infection, cetirizine and calcium gluconate for antiallergy, reducing vascular permeability and ntravenous cimetidine.Based on this, the treatment group was given intravenous dexamethasone and oral ginkgo leaf. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The short-term application of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo leaf in the treatment of mild and moderate allergic purpura can effectively shorten the course of disease with better curative effect.
