摘 要:引进一种碳纳米管的分散剂纤维素硝酸酯,研究纤维素硝酸酯在MWCNTs/PMMA复合体系中的助分散作用和可能的机理。通过观察MWCNTs在液体中的沉降情况评价纤维素硝酸酯的助分散效果;采用原位本体聚合法制备MWCNTs/PMMA复合材料并测试其耐划痕性和硬度。观察实验显示,酸处理和未酸处理的MWCNTs均能够稳定地悬浮于含有纤维素硝酸酯的MMA溶液中。测试结果表明,含有纤维素硝酸酯的酸处理MWCNTs/PMMA复合材料的耐划痕性比纯PMMA的提升了67%,布氏硬度提升了14%。纤维素硝酸酯的使用解决了MWCNTs在基体单体MMA中的沉降问题,其助MWCNTs分散作用优良。Nitrocellulose was introduced as a dispersant, and nitrocellulose-aided dispersion and possible mechanisms of MWCNTs in MWCNTs/PMMA composites were studied. MWCNTs dispersion behavior in liquids was evaluated through MWCNTs sedimentation in the liquids. MWCNTs/PMMA nanocomposites were prepared using in situ bulk polymerization, and both scratch resistance and Brinell hardness of the composites were measured. Sedimentation experiments show that both as received and acid-treated MWCNTs can suspend stably in MMA monomer liquid containing the surfactant nitrocellulose without any MWCNTs sedimentation. Measurement results demonstrate that the scratch resistance and the hardness of the acid-treated MWCNTs/ PMMA composite containing nitrocellulose are increased by 67% and 14%, respectively, compared with that of pure PMMA. Nitrocellulose is found to play an excellent role in dispersion of the MWCNTs, and application of the nitrocellulose as a dispersant may solve the problem of MWCNTs sedimentation in MMA monomer.
