摘 要:为揭示小偃6号抗病机制和培育持久抗病品种,采用常规杂交分析方法,在小麦抽穗期利用小麦条锈菌小种CYR30、CYR32和Su11-4对小偃6号、铭贤169及其杂交F1、F2、F2∶3接种,平均气温达到21℃时对小偃6号进行了抗条锈性调查和遗传分析。结果显示,接种CYR30、CYR32时,F1代表现高感,F2代群体中抗感分离比例符合1 R∶15 S的理论比例。接种Su11-4时,F1代表现高抗,F2代群体中抗感分离比例符合3R∶1S的理论比例。研究表明小偃6号对CYR30、CYR32的抗病性均由2对隐性基因累加作用控制,对Su11-4的抗病性由1对显性基因控制。In order to reveal the resistance mechanism to stripe rust and develop durable resistance culti- vat, the segregating populations were developed from the cross of Xiaoyan 6 with susceptible cultivar Mingxian 169. Adult plants of parents, F1, F2 and F2:3 progeny were tested with selected Chinese pre- ponderance Pst races ( CYR30, CYR32 and Sul 1-4) during the heading stage. All of F1 hybrids of such crosses were highly susceptible and F2 population displayed the segregation into resistance and susceptible while inoculated with CYR32 at the adult plant stage. The chi-square test result confirmed that the fre- quencies of resistance versus susceptible individuals were in accordance with the 1 R : 15 S ratio in F2 pop- ulation. The results indicated that the resistance of Xiaoyan 6 to the race CYR30 or CYR32 was con- trolled by the resistance complementary action of two pairs of recessive genes. All of F1 plants were resist- ant to Su11-4. And F2 plants fitted a 3 R : 1 S ratio. The resistance of Xiaoyan 6 to the race Su11-4 was controlled by one dominant gene.
