摘　　要：以杨凌农业科技孵化联盟为实践背景,首先剖析了农业科技孵化网络体系的要素组成、结构层次和联盟关系;其次,运用自组织理论剖析了它的形成机理;最后,探寻了具体的培育思路和途径。Based on the practice background of Yangling Agricultural Science and Technology Incubation Union, first of all, the arti- cle presented an analysis of the element composition, the structural hierarchy and the union relations about the agricultural science and technology incubator network system. Secondly, it analysed the mechanism of its formation by using self-organization theory. Finally, it explored specific ideas and way of cultivating the network system
