摘　　要：德国史太白技术转移网络在百年发展历程中,逐渐形成了具有自身特色的技术转移模式。在研究分析其运营模式、组织结构及管理机制等有关成功经验基础上,结合中国国情提出了创新政府支持措施、重视培养和引进专业化人才、重视战略谋划与管理培训、营造政策环境、重视理论研究与文化建设在技术转移机构发展中作用的建议,引导技术转移机构走市场化、专业化、科学化、网络化发展道路。For one hundred years＇ development, German Steinbeis technology transfer network have gradually formed its own distinctive mode of technology transfer. Based on the analysis of its successful experience of business mode, organizational structure and manage- ment mechanisms, we proposed some suggestions, such as we should innovate the support by government, pay attention in cultivating and importing talents, strategic planning and management traming, creating a poling environment and etc. , to guide the technology tansfer agency to be market-oriented, professional, scientific and net working.
