摘  要:国际汽车业实施的全球化战略,包括新车型的全球开发平台、零部件和构件的模块化制造与全球采购、汽车产品的全球制造-销售-服务,促使世界上的先进钢铁企业从单纯的汽车用原材料生产商转变为汽车构件成品、半成品、新型冲压板料和系列化原材料的综合供应商,成为汽车业密切而可靠的战略合作伙伴。此外,世界能源、环境和经济衰退问题,进一步促使我国钢铁企业的汽车板生产向深加工方向发展。本文简要说明了汽车板深加工主要技术产品,主要介绍了发展较快的激光拼焊板和热成形技术,并简要说明了汽车板深加工所要求的材料基础:系列化与均质化。The auto industry in the world has realized its globalization strategy including global platform for new model vehicle development, global procurement for modularized components, global manufacture, saleand service of auto vehicle. This strategy has promoted the transition of advanced steel enterprises from the simple producer of raw materials for vehicles to the combined supplier of auto components, semi-finished components, new type of blanks for press forming and serialized sheet steels. In this way the steelmakers become the intimate and reliable partner of automakers. The global issue in energy resources, environment and economic recession further stimulated the development of deep working technology for auto sheet steels in Chinese steel enterprises. The main techniques and products features of deep working for auto sheet steels are brieflydescribed in the paper. The development of laser welded blanks and hot stamping technology are introduced. The basic requirements of deep working technology on auto sheet steels are serialization in grades and consistency inquality and property parameters.
