摘　　要：以某不锈钢连续酸洗退火机组为例,介绍了连续处理机组入口张力辊在甩尾、回退、正常工作3种模式下变频电机的功率设计计算方法,讨论了传动辊压辊带齿轮电机传动对传动辊电机功率的影响。Take a stainless steel continuous annealing stands as an example, the power calculation methods of inverter motor were introduced during tension roll work in different modes. The effects of motor drive that drive roll compression roll with gear on motor power of drive roll were also proposed.
