摘 要:针对非氯法羊毛防毡缩整理中出现的手感问题,使用纤维素微晶和聚氨酯复配,制备一种新型复合物,采用该复合物处理羊毛织物。纤维素晶须由酸催化水解微晶纤维素制得。使用不同含量的纤维素晶须的复合物对羊毛进行浸轧焙工艺处理。结果表明,采用含纤维素晶须复合物处理的羊毛织物,羊毛织物面积毡缩率降低、手感改善,处理后羊毛织物的拉伸强力增加。纤维素晶须能赋予羊毛织物良好的防毡缩性能并提高羊毛织物的强力。Because the non-chlorine anti-felting finishing of wool tends to cause bad handle feeling, cellulose whiskers with polyurethane preparing a new type of composite were used in the anti-felting finishing of wool. Cellulose whiskers were prepared by acid hydrolysis of cellulose mierocrystalline. The wool was applied onto surfaces of wool by a pad-dry-cure process with composites containing different cellulose whiskers contents. The results showed that the use of composites containing the cellulose whiskers, the area-shrinking rate of the treated wool was decreased, the handle feeling was better and the tensile strength of the treated wool was increased, indicating that cellulose whiskers significantly improve the strength of wool and impart excellent anti-felting property to the wool.
