摘 要:以Modal、羊绒短纤维及PTT长丝为原料,利用半精纺纺纱工艺和赛络菲尔复合纺纱技术相结合,开发多组分复合纱线。文章对原料的性能进行分析,设计了纱线的规格,重点探讨纺纱各工序主要工艺参数和关键技术措施,介绍了细纱机的设备改造方法。通过反复实验,精选了设备的组合,优选纺纱工艺参数,成功地纺制了Modal/羊绒/PTT长丝包芯纱及赛络菲尔复合纱,对纱线性能的测试结果表明,赛络菲尔复合纱的强力明显高于包芯纱,各项性能均达到优等标准。Modal/cashmere/PTT filament multi-component composite yarns were developed combining with semi-worsted and sirofil spinning technology. The performance characteristics of fibers were described and yarn specification was designed. The main technological parameters of spinning and the key technical measures in the production were studied in the paper. Transformation of spinning frame was also introduced. Spinning equipment and processing parameter were tested and optimized. Modal/ cashmere/PTT filament multi-component sirofil yams and core-spun yarns were made successfully. Strength of Sirofil yarns was higher than core-spun yarns, yarn quality reached better level.
