摘 要:选用阳离子羽毛蛋白助剂对羊毛纤维改性处理,使用活性染料对羊毛染色,探讨改性羊毛对活性染料染色性能的影响,确定出最佳染色工艺,并测定不同染料染色织物的上染百分率、K/S值、匀染性、固色率和染色牢度,评价了染色效果。结果表明,经阳离子羽毛蛋白助剂改性后的羊毛纤维染色性能显著提高,60℃活性染料染色上染百分率可达98%以上。因此,该助剂可以实现羊毛纤维的低温染色,而且工艺简单、节约染料、缩短染色时间并能保护纤维自身优点,另外,该研究对于活性染料在羊毛纤维上的应用有一定指导意义和实际应用价值。The wool fiber was modified by the cationic feather protein additives, and then dyed with reaction dyes. The dyeing property of wool was researched. The optimal dyeing craft was determined and the dye uptake, K/S value, leveling property, fixation rate, and color fastness were evaluated. The results indicated that the dyeing property of the wool fiber modified wool fiber dyed with reaction dyes was improved, in 60℃,the dye uptake of the reaction dyes was more then 98%. Therefore, the agent was effective to the wool dyed with reaction dyes in the low temperature. Otherwise, the craft was simple and the dyes was saved, the dyeing time was shorted, the excellent property of the wool was protected.
