摘　　要：为了研究重庆地区某规模化猪场猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)的感染现状和不同猪种、不同生长阶段猪群的感染情况,试验采用PCR技术对来自重庆地区某规模化猪场的430份猪血清进行检测。结果表明:PCV-2总阳性率为4.65%(20/430);长白猪PCV-2的感染率为12.50%(4/32),明显高于总阳性率(4.65%);初生猪PCV-2的感染率为0(0/67),明显低于总阳性率。说明此规模化猪场存在PCV-2的感染且在不同猪种和不同阶段猪群有较大差异。To study the infectious status of Porcine circovirus type 2 （ PCV - 2 ） from a large - scale pig farm in Chongqing and in different pig breeds at the different growth stages, the PCR technology was used to detect 430 serum samples from the pig farm. The results showed that the total positive rate of PCV -2 was 4.65% （20/430）. The infection rate of PCV -2 in the landrace pig was 12.50% （4/32）, obviously higher than the total positive rate （4.65 % ）. The infection rate of PCV -2 in the newborn piglets was 0 （0/67）, obviously lower than the total positive rate （4.65%）. It indicates that PCV -2 infection takes place in the pig farm, and there are relatively large differences in the different pig breeds and the different growth stages in pig herds.
