摘  要:微网是充分发挥分布式电源综合效能的关键技术,其可靠性研究在微网应用中发挥了基础性作用,而可靠性指标研究是可靠性评估的先决条件。通过分析微网对可靠性指标的要求,说明仅仅引用配电系统的可靠性指标对微网进行评估分析具有其局限性,必须针对微网特性提出新的具体可行的可靠性评估指标。为此,从微网作为等值电源或负荷体现的特性、间歇性电源出力、储能装置特性、孤岛运行状态以及效益等方面提出了微网可靠性评估指标及其计算方法,并明确了各指标的具体含义。通过算例阐明了所提出的指标能有效反映微网在电源配置、运行状态、可再生电源应用等方面的特性,为微网可靠性指标体系的建立进行了有益探索。The microgrid is the crucial technology that brings the comprehensive efficiency of various distributed generators into full play, the reliability study of which having played a basic role in its application. Meanwhile, reliability indices are prerequisite for mierogrid reliability evaluation. By analyzing the reliability requirements of the microgrid, it is found that there are limitations in merely applying the reliability indices of the distribution system to evaluate microgrid reliability. It is necessary to put forward a new set of specific and feasible indices for microgrid reliability evaluation. For this reason, microgrid reliability indices for four main aspects are presented, namely, the equivalent features of mierogrid, the characteristics of intermittent power source, the islanding state of microgrid, and the benefits of microgrid. Meanwhile, a series of definitions and formulas for calculating the indices is proposed, and their meanings are discussed. Numerical results of the case demonstrate that the proposed indices can reflect the effect of power source configuration, operation state, and renewable energy application on microgrid reliability. Finally, useful investigation on establishing the microgrid reliability index system is made.
