摘  要:提出了利用高级计量体系实施商务楼中央空调远程周期性暂停控制的优化模型。模型直接以控制周期内制冷机允许运行时间所占比重(占空比)为决策变量,在推导室温时变方程的基础上,计入控制期热舒适度约束,并提出分档控制方案,以计入用户热舒适度需求的差异。对上海市某中央商务区的算例结果验证了所提出模型的合理性,并表明周期性暂停控制能在保持室温舒适的条件下获得显著的节电削峰效益;而从经济性来看,周期性暂停控制较适于用做调峰措施,用做节电措施时还需进一步探讨电力公司与用户间的节电效益分享机制。This paper proposes an optimization model for remote duty cycling control (DCC) of air conditioners in business buildings by the advanced metering infrastructure. The presented DCC model is characterized by directly optimizing the duty cycling rates, i. e,, the percentages of the time that compressors allowed to run within the control periods. The thermal comfort constraint is taken into account on the basis of deriving room temperature equations, and hierarchical control patterns are put forward to take different requirements of thermal comfort into account. The rationality of the proposed model is illustrated by an example about a central business district of Shanghai. The results also show that DCC can significantly save energy and shave peak load without loss of thermal comfort. In view of economy, it is more suitable to use DCC as a peak- shaving measure, and the benefit-sharing mechanism still needs further study if it is to be used for energy conservation.
