摘 要:目前,对无线测温系统的研究偏重系统的整体设计,缺乏利用所得温度数据对设备运行状态的分析和对设备潜在异常的告警处理。针对此现状,首先提出了5种利用温度数据进行告警的处理方式,并分析了每种告警方式的原理、作用和实现形式等;其次,结合各告警方式自身特点,提出了各自的阈值整定模式;之后,对其中2种告警方式提出采用浮动阈值模式进行阈值整定,规避了因采用固定温度阈值所导致的误报和漏报;最后,针对各告警方式提出了相应的算法,并在变电站现场成功运行,证明了告警方式及算法的可靠性。Since the studies on wireless temperature measurement emphasize too much on the overall design, it lacks the analysis of the operating state of electric equipments as well as the alarm of potential risk with the temperature data. Accordingly, five kinds of alarm methods based on temperature measurement, and their operation principles, functions and realization are first put forward. Furthermore, considering the characteristics of each alarm mode, different setting modes of thresholds are proposed. Besides, a floating threshold mode is adopted for two of alarm modes in order to get rid of failure and false alarm. Finally, a corresponding algorithms are presented for various alarm modes which have been successfully applied in the substation, thus the stability of the alarm mode and algorithm is proved.
