萘乙酸对草石蚕扦插成苗的影响

摘　　要：以草石蚕为试材,研究了不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)处理对草石蚕扦插效果的影响。试验结果表明,在试验浓度范围内,各NAA浓度处理可促进草石蚕扦插苗的生根及生长,且随着NAA浓度的增加,其根长、根数、根鲜质量、根干质量、株高和根系活力均呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中以浓度为700 mg/L的NAA处理效果最好。In the paper, we studied the effects of different concentrations of naphthylacetic acid （NAA） on the growth of cutting seedlings of Stachys sieboldii Miq.. The results showed that all the tested NAA treatments could improve the root formation and growth of cutting seedlings of S. sieboldii Miq.. And as the concentration of NAA increased, the root length, root number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, stem height and root activity of S. sieboldii Miq. rose first, and then fell, and 700 mg/L NAA was the best for the growth of S. sieboldii Miq. cutting seedlings in this experiment.
