摘　　要：目的:探讨200日龄中国黄羽鹌鹑消化道嗜银细胞的分布及形态,为进一步研究黄羽鹌鹑消化道内分泌细胞提供一定的参考资料.方法:取消化道各段,运用浸银法处理,观察嗜银细胞的形态、分布,并测量各消化段嗜银细胞的分布密度.结果:除食管、嗉囊、肌胃、泄殖腔未见嗜银细胞外,消化道其他部位均有嗜银细胞的分布.嗜银细胞多分布于黏膜上皮细胞之间或腺泡上皮之间,也有少量位于上皮细胞基部;腺胃为一分布高峰,其余差异不是很明显,其分布曲线大致呈"U"型,且雄性的分布密度大于雌性;嗜银细胞有的呈梭形具有突起,而有的呈锥形或圆形.结论:根据嗜银细胞形态及分布,推测中国黄羽鹌鹑消化道嗜银细胞具有内、外2种分泌方式.To discuss the distribution and morphology of the argyrophilic cells in the digestive tract of Chi nese yellow quail（Coturnix aponica） of 200 days, and to provide some reference data for the further study of endocrine cells in the digestive tract of Chinese yellow quail. Every segment of the digestive tract has been taken, silver impregnation method been used to observe the distribution and morphology of the argy- rophilic cells, and the distribution density of the argyrophilic cells in each digestive tract segment been de termined. The results show that the argentaffin cells can be found through out most of the digestive tract except the esophagud, ingluvitis, masticatory stomach and cloacal septum. The argentaffin cells can be seen between epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa or gastric gland, a few at the bottom of epithelial cells. The highest distributed density is glandular stomach, the others have no obvious difference, and the distri- bution curve is similar to ＂U＂, and male has a higher density than female. The shape of the argentaffin cells is shuttle with two long processes, some are cone or round. According to the morphology of the argy rophilic cells, we think that the argentaffine cells in digestive tract of Chinese yellow quail might have both exocrine and endocrine functions.
