摘　　要：河南是中华文明的重要发祥地,文化旅游资源非常丰富。然而,其对外传播的规模和速度还有待于进一步拓展。对此,我们应该从三个方面来加强:一是转变传统观念、借力现代手段;二是培养专门人才,实现通力合作;三是改善旅游环境,加强对外传播。观念的转变能够带来利好政策和策略,专门人才的培养和完善旅游环境为对外传播提供条件和保障。这样河南文化旅游才能又快又好地发展,助力中原经济区建设。Henan Province is an important birthplace of Chinese ancient civilization with lots of cultural tourism resources. However, its scale and speed of foreign spread needs deeper development. Hence, there are three main aspects to accelerate its speed： 1. to transform traditional concept and make use of modern means; 2. to cultivate professionals and cooperate closely; 3. to improve tourism environment and enhance foreign spread. The change in concept can bring about good policies and strategies, and more talents in different fields and better environment provide conditions and guarantee for making our cultural tourism resources worldwide famous. In this way, we can make our cultural tourism proceed better and rapidly so as to contribute to the construction of Central China Economic Zone.
