发泡混凝土密实砌块的抗压强度研究

摘　　要：水泥基发泡混凝土密实保温砌块（简称发泡混凝土密实砌块）是以水泥为主要胶凝材料、通过化学发泡工艺制成的一类实心发泡混凝土砌块，分为B06、B07和B08三个密度等级，采用干表观密度为540～830kg／m^3的发泡混凝土生产。本文探讨了原材料组成和养护工艺对B06、B07、B08三个密度等级发泡混凝土抗压强度的影响，并以抗压强度为基准，提出了发泡混凝土密实砌块的适宜配合比。The cementitious foamed concrete compact insulation blocks are a kind of solid foamed concrete blocks prepared by cement as main eementitious material and chemical foamed process, which are separated into B06, B07 andB08 density grades, and produced by foamed concrete with dry apparent density of 540-830kg/m3. The effects of raw materials composing and curing process on the compressive strength of foamed concrete with B06, B07 and B08 densitygrades are discussed. Based on the compressive strength, the appropriate mix proportion of foamed concrete compact blocks is put forward.
