摘 要:提出一种钢-混凝土组合剪力墙,即钢管高强混凝土剪力墙。通过20个钢管高强混凝土剪力墙试件的轴心受压试验,分析其破坏形态和受力机理,研究管内外混凝土强度、截面钢管混凝土含量、纵筋配筋率、管间混凝土体积配箍率和高厚比等因素对钢管高强混凝土剪力墙轴心受压性能的影响。试验结果表明,弹性工作阶段钢管高强混凝土与外围钢筋混凝土能够协同变形、共同工作;由于钢管对高强混凝土的有效约束,管内可以采用高达C80~C100的高强混凝土,相对于普通混凝土剪力墙具有更高的轴心受压承载力;钢管高强混凝土剪力墙的轴压承载力是钢管间钢筋混凝土与钢管高强混凝土轴压承载力之和,钢管套箍效应的发挥程度与管间混凝土的体积配箍率相关;剪力墙在管外混凝土破坏后,仍能发挥较高且稳定的残余承载力。在试验研究的基础上,利用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立剪力墙的力学模型并进行有限元仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比。依据对试验结果的统计分析,提出了钢管高强混凝土剪力墙轴心受压承载力实用计算式,可供实际工程应用时参考。A new type of composite shear wall-steel tube confined high strength concrete shear wall (STCHSCW) was presented. The axial compression tests of 20 specimens were conducted to observe the failure mechanism and force mechanism, and to study the affecting factors of concrete strength, content of CCST, longitudinal reinforcement, stirrup ratio and slenderness ratio of the shear walls. The test results show that the high strength concrete confined by steel tube and the reinforced concrete outside the steel tube could work together well in elastic stage. C80 - C100 high strength concrete could be used since the effective confinement of the steel tube and STCHSCW have higher axial compression bearing capacity. Stirrup ratio of the volume of concrete is directly related to the degree of steel tube confining effect. The shear wall will still be able to retainhigh and stable residual carrying capacity even if the concrete outside steel tube is damaged. At the same time, the nonlinear FEM analysis of specimens' models by ABAQUS were introduced ,which match well with the experimental results. Based on the statistical analysis of the test results, practical formulas for axial compression bearing capacity of steel tube confined high strength concrete shear wall are also proposed in this paper. They are available for practical engineering application use purposes
