摘 要:基于联合国环境规划署汞问题国际法律文书的谈判进展以及国内汞削减管理现状,本文解析了汞文书对含汞电光源产品拟采取的汞削减管控措施,分析了国内对含汞电光源生产及行业的管理思路、方法和目标,在此基础上综合分析了我国电光源产品汞污染防治管理的总体趋势,就含汞电光源行业汞污染防治工作提出建议。Based on the introduction of negotiation process of the UNEP global legally binding instrument on mercury and the current domestic status of the management on mercury reduction, the management and control measures on reducing mercury releasing from light source production were analyzed, which the global legally binding instrument on mercury would protocol. Domestic policy, approach and objective on the management of light source production industry were analyzed. Thus the future trends of the domestic control and management on mercury release in light source production industry were also analyzed. The recommendations on policy and guidance for the reduction of mercury releases from light source industry were proposed at last.
