摘　　要：介绍了国际四大疏浚公司向海洋工程领域拓展现状,通过具体工程阐述了疏浚行业在海工领域的应用及其对施工工艺和设备的特殊要求。结合国内实际情况对疏浚行业向海洋工程延伸提出了建议。The development in offshore engineering of four major dredging companies in the world is introduced. Special re- quirements for construction technique and equipment are summed up through some successful projects. Combining with the actual conditions of China, this paper makes some suggestions for the dredging industry to expand its business to the offshore engineering.
