摘　　要：管桩(方桩)生产企业虽然建立了ISO9001质量管理体系,但是由于管桩(方桩)的生产工艺比较复杂,自动化程度低,人为影响因素很多,为了严格控制产品质量,必须加强对搅拌、张拉、离心、养护四个关键过程的控制,以达到满足顾客要求和提高内部管理水平的目标。Pipe piles （piles） enterprises have established the IS09001 quality management system in manufacturing enterprises. Owing to the pipe piles （piles） complexity of the production process, the low degree of automation and many human factors, in order to strictly control the quality of products, the control of four key processes such as agitation, tension, cen objective of meeting customer requirements and trifugation, conservation must be made so as to achieve the improving the internal management level.
