摘　　要：在"语言转向"和"话语转向"等革命性大背景下,批评性话语分析越发受到关注并成为我们研究社会的有效方法。本文首先评述了批评性话语分析的基本理念、历史渊源、理论基础和研究方法,然后在此基础上简要瞻望了批评性话语分析研究的发展动向,希望能够加深我们对这一研究领域的认识。Accompanied with the ＇ linguistic turn＇ in social theory and the ＇ discursive turn＇ in linguistics, critical discourse analysis plays a more and more important role in social research. With this in mind, the authors of this paper firstly give a review of the basic tenets, historical origin, theoretical bases, and research methods of critical discourse analysis （CDA） , and then they point out some prospective research directions in this field. It is hoped that this will shed some light on our understanding of CDA.
