摘 要:目的 观察大鼠肝内起始淋巴管 (毛细淋巴管 )的超微结构特点 ,并测量有关数据资料 ,探讨肝淋巴生成途径。 方法 半薄切片光镜观察 ,超薄切片透射电镜观察 ,计算机图像分析。 结果 肝起始淋巴管内皮细胞中富含溶酶体和质膜小泡 ,小泡的数密度为 39.80个 /μm3,体密度为 0 .0 2 8。小泡的平均直径为 90 .6 nm。内皮细胞连接有 3种类型 ,端端连接占 18.7% ,重叠连接占 46 .0 % ,嵌插连接占 34 .0 % ,处于开放状态的占 1.3%。内皮细胞连接处有特殊连接装置的占 6 0 .7%。Objective To study the pathway of lymph formation in liver, the ultrastructures of hepatic initial lymph vessels of rat were observed and the relative data were measured. Methods The semithin sections were observed under light microscope, then the ultrathin sections were observed under transmission electron microscope and finally by means of computer image analysis system data were measured. Results A lot of lysosome and vesicles existed in endothelia of hepatic initial lymph vessels. Profil density(39 8 vesicles/μm 3), volume density(0 028) and average diameter(90 6nm) of vesicles were measured. The type and opening rate(1 3%) of interendothelial contacts were determined. The type of the interendothelial contacts was end end(18 7%), overlapping (46 0%) and interdigitating(34 0%) junction. The interendothelial contacts with special junctional complexes was 60 7% or so. Conclusion The study showed that vesicles transport might be the main pathway of lymph formation in liver.
