摘  要:通过对GCr15轴承钢淬火+回火热处理后显微组织的扫描电镜金相图片的研究,探索一种实现其金相组织定量分析的数字图像处理方法.以Matlab软件为工具,采用数字图像处理中的灰度化、灰度调整以及形态学运算的数字化处理方法,计算碳化物颗粒所占比例的多少,从而实现轴承钢热处理质量评价.结果表明:运用数字图像处理技术可有效提取和量化淬火+回火热处理后的GCr15轴承钢中碳化物颗粒;试件轴承外圈比圆锥滚子的碳化物含量少得多,从而其力学性能也不相同.Based on the investigation of SEM metallographic pictures of microscopic structure of bearing steel GCr15 after its quenching and tempering treatment,an approach of digital image processing was explored to realize the quantitative analysis of metallographic organization of bearing steel GCr15.By using software Matlab and digital processing of gray scale,adjustment of gray scale,and morphologic operation for digital image processing,the proportion of the carbide particle amount was calculated and the quality of quenching and tempering treatment was evaluated.The result showed that there was a good effect for extracting and quantizing the carbide particle within the quenched and tempered bearing steel GCr15 when the digital image processing technique was used.The carbide content in bearing outer guide track was less than that in the tapered roller,resulting in their different mechanical property.
