摘 要:对选用的低比转速离心油泵进行2种不同计算域的数值模拟,证明包含叶轮口环及前后泵腔计算域的计算结果更准确,且泵腔中流体的旋转角速度约为叶轮旋转角速度的30%~50%.为了反应叶轮口环间隙大小对泵腔流体流动的影响,改变叶轮前口环间隙大小后重新进行数值模拟,结果表明其大小对泵腔内流体流动的压力及速度的分布均有较大影响,随着间隙值的增大,压力系数变小,泵腔内流体的速度随之增大.Two different calculation domains in selected centrifugal oil pump with low specific speed were numerically simulated.It was verified by simulation results that the computational domain composed of pump chamber and seal ring clearance would be appropriate for more accurate computation,and the angular velocity of the flow in pump chamber would approximately be equal to 30%~50% of the angular velocity of the impeller.In order to understand the effect of impeller clearance size on the fluid flow in pump chamber,the size of the clearance was made variable in the numerical simulation.The result showed that the size of the clearance would have a greater influence on the distribution of flow pressure and velocity in pump chamber.As the value of the clearance increased,the pressure coefficient would decrease and the velocity increase.
