摘 要:运用相关理论成果,对某露顶式弧形钢闸门的原设计结构进行改进和分析.基于Ansys 12.0软件建立2种结构的三维有限元模型,在考虑支臂与主梁协同工作的情况下对其进行数值计算,根据计算结果对2种结构的强度和刚度分别对比.计算和对比结果表明,根据现行设计规范设计的原结构并非最优结构,尺寸优化有必要建立在结构优化的基础上;由于规范中尚无相关规定,支臂的布置方式往往由设计人员根据经验确定,为减小盲目性,在设计实践中可以考虑孔口宽高比β和总水压力p的影响:当β>1.4或β≤0.6时,可以考虑布置6根支臂;当0.6<β≤1.4时支臂个数视总水压力大小而定,p≤6.2×108 N时可以考虑布置4根支臂,p>6.2×108 N时可以考虑布置9根支臂.The result of correlation theory was used to improve and analyze original design structure of main frame of a certain top-exposed steel arc gate.Based on software Ansys 12.0,three-dimensional finite element models were set up for two structure options of the arc gate and numerical calculation was carried out in the case of cooperative work of the arm with the main beam.The strength and stiffness of the two structures were compared based on the result of numerical calculation.Calculation and comparison results showed that the original structure designed under the current design specifications was not optimal,and the size optimization should be carried out on the basis of structural optimization.Because there was no relevant provisions of the design specification,the layout of the arm was often determined empirically by the designer.In order to reduce this kind of blindness,the effect of the width-to-height ratio(β) of the gate outlet and the total water pressure(p) could be considered in the design practice: for β 1.4 or β ≤0.6,6 arms might be arranged;for 0.6β≤1.4,the arm number would depend on the magnitude of total water pressure.For example,the layout of 4 arms would be suitable for p≤6.2×108 N,and 9 arms for p6.2×108 N.
